THE 2024 GM CONFERENCE

Schedule of Events:

• Travel Schedule/Details
• People are flying at all times of day. CW will pay for any meals incurred by those folks during their travel.
• Shawn will be sending you confirmation numbers so you have that information for your records.

• Transporting to Charlottesville from DC: All people traveling from DC to Charlottesville must be at the Willard, F Street entrance by 9:00 AM with your luggage.
• We will be going directly to our event
• After our event, we will go to the Draftsman to check-in.
• Check-in is at 4:00 PM for those of us arriving on Tuesday. Your room is under your name, and you will be required to use your Corporate Credit Card for the room. Speak with your manager if you do not have a Corporate Credit Card.
• Dinner is at 6:30 PM and is within walking distance.
• Dress Code:
• Day: Casual but elegant for the event (comfortable chic - Aim for a look that is relaxed yet refined, balancing comfort with a chic appearance.),
• Night: Smart casual for the night if you want to change into something more comfortable (Tailored pants, skirts, or dressy jeans are OK (without rips or excessive fading), no T-shirts).

• Meeting will take place in the Jefferson and Madison Room.
• Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM.
• Headshots will be taken during breakfast time. Please dress business professional.
• Meeting dismissal is at 5:00 PM.
• Dinner is at 6:30 PM and is within walking distance.
• Dress Code:
• Business casual during the day (Professional attire that you would wear to work stick with solid colors for your headshot - no patterns)
• Upscale dinner attire in the evening.

• Meeting will take place in the Jefferson and Madison Room - Please bring your FULLY CHARGED laptop
• Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM.
• Meeting dismissal is at 5:00 PM.
• Dinner is at 6:30 PM and in walking distance.
• Dress Code:
• Day: Smart casual
• Night: Can wear jeans in the evening

• Meeting will take place in the Jefferson and Madison Room.
• PLEASE check out and bring all your luggage with you to the meeting.
• Breakfast starts at 8:00 AM.
• We will wrap up at 12:00 PM and a boxed lunch will be distributed prior to departing.
• Shuttle will be provided to those flying out of DCA, with an estimated time of arrival of 2:30 PM, and final drop off will be at the Willard. Anyone flying out of Charlottesville will be responsible for their own transportation.
