2025 PRESIDENT’S CLUB

Schedule of Events:

• Arrivals based on flight schedule; see transportation information below on how to get from airport to resort.

• MANDATORY Cocktail Hour at Las Palmas Terrace from 7-8 PM (Higuera Blanca and Ceibas in the event of inclement weather); dress is Casual Elegance.

• Departures based on flight schedule; see transportation information below for departure shuttle information.

Transportation To/From Resort Will Be Supplied Through Tropical Incentives:

• Arrivals: once you pass through Immigration, collect your bags, and then go the Customs Area. After clearing customs, walk quickly through the Timeshare Lounge and proceed directly to the exit. Drivers will have a Carr Workplaces welcome sign to greet you upon arrival, identifiable by their khaki pants, navy blue collared shirts and name tags. If you do not see a staff member, proceed to Booth #7, which will be marked a Tropical Incentives DMC flag (across the street).

• Departure from the resort, transportation pick-up will be 3 hours prior to flight departure given potential traffic. Please be ready in the lobby of the hotel 10 minutes before your scheduled pick up time based on the schedule below. You will need to obtain your Digital Multiple Migratory Form in order to depart from Mexico.  You can either scan the QR code or complete the form HERE.
