With WorkReady IT Management powered by C3, you have access to all the resources you need to ensure your IT systems are operational and ready to help your business succeed. It all starts with a small software agent installed on your computer. This agent ensures that security updates and software patches can be installed on your computer. It also allows automated resolutions and remote control for service desk technicians to assist you when you need it most.
Connecting to the help desk is easy – simply use one of the following methods:

Use this method for most situations.
Call the Help Desk at 866-995-0412
Use this method for issues that need immediate response.
Send in service tickets through the C3 Integrated Solutions app in your task bar. Click on the C3 Help Desk icon and select “Create Service Ticket.” Enter the issue you are having and, if you’d like, add a screen shot of what you are experiencing.
The online portal access and information will be sent in a separate email.
Finally, from time to time, you may be prompted to complete a survey about your support experience. Please take some time to complete these important measures to help improve service.
