This is a great co-working and executive suite location right between the White House and Metro Center. The building just finished a great renovation to the lobby and common areas which coupled with the newer buildout and design of the center makes for a great image of your business. Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office. The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! It's a perfect space to have both a great work space and amazing colleagues to communicate with. I highly recommend if interested in renting out an office space!

Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.
