I leased a couple offices from Carr at the Tysons location during the pandemic when DC was shut down. Staff was great, offices were up to date, location was great, parking was easy, there were restaurants in the building and attached next door in the Galleria. It was a great experience and I really miss the convenience of those offices. 10/10 would rent again.

Great setup and workspace! Really enjoyed the atmosphere and would definitely go back. Walls were thick (no concern with people hearing your calls or you hearing theirs) and was very clean ! The WiFi worked great as well.

My law firm has been renting office space and utilizing the accompanying administrative services from Carr Workplaces K Street location for more than 5 years. The location is ideal, and the building and suite accommodations are first rate. Our offices have great impressive views and definitely makes a strong first impression with new clients. The Carr staff is always professional, responsive and always willing to attend to the needs of our attorneys and staff. The Office Manager is terrific and goes out of her way to ensure that her clients are satisfied with her team's performance. We could not ask for a better location and support team for our practice.

We had our board meeting at the K Street space in October 2023. The space was great, and Antwaun and his team were excellent. The were ready to help with tech, food, and last minute requests! Highly recommend.
