I have had an office at Carr Workplaces Friendship Heights for almost 2 years now and love it. The kitchen is always stocked and they have great coffee and tea choices. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable, and always keep the common spaces looking great. The offices are well appointed and the staff is extremely helpful and supportive when you need to make changes or when you need assistance. I really enjoy working in this space.

I have had an office at the Friendship Heights location since late 2019 and have no plans to leave. The space was renovated just a few years ago and is up-to-date and attractive. The staff has been attentive to me and my clients and there is a nice variety of meeting rooms that can be reserved from a mobile app. And the location is great, easily accessed by car or Metro.

The environment feels new and professional, which was important for us in creating the right atmosphere for our training.From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Miguel and the rest of the team were exceptional—responsive, accommodating, and proactive. Miguel took the time to clearly explain how the rental process would work, what was included, and what to expect on the day of the event. That clarity made planning easy for us. Miguel also took great care of us on the day of the training.Booking was simple, and they were flexible in accommodating a few specific requests. Everything was ready as promised when we arrived.This is a professionally run space with excellent customer service. It is directly across from a metro station, and the parking garage is easily accessible. I met Stefan at a recent networking event hosted by the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He told me about Carr Workplaces and invited me out for a tour. This location on Wilson St in Arlington is absolutely amazing! They have street view offices, wellness rooms, focus rooms, indoor and outdoor hosting space, and an all around great vibe. Working in this space was very peaceful and pleasant. Stefan is the host with the most, taking care of everyone and treating them like family. I one hundred percent say if you are looking for an easy, comfortable, peaceful, professional, and aesthetically pleasing place to work give Stefan a call, but do it quickly before all of the spaces are gone😊❤️
