Our Compensation Structure

New vs. renewal fees

Earn a 10% fee, paid upfront annually on fixed office or virtual office fee OR choose a 4% fee in lump sum, paid upfront on entire term for deals exceeding 12 months.

Renewals

Earn a 2% fee if you are involved in helping your client renew a non-renewing agreement.

Expansions

Earn 10% on new space your client signs within the initial term. 2% fee on expansions outside initial term.

We pay licensed brokers commissions for client referrals once the deal officially closes. The commission structure is outlined in our broker compensation agreement, which we can provide upon request. This ensures transparency and clarity regarding payment terms and eligibility.

How long does it take to get paid?

For wire transfers, brokers are paid within 2 business days after a deal officially closes, ensuring a quick turnaround. For payments via check, the processing time may take 3-4 weeks due to standard banking procedures and mail delivery.

What types of clients are a good fit?

We are an ideal partner for clients in need of short-term project space, clients waiting for a space build out, clients who are hesitant to commit to a long lease term. Our spaces tend to be more private so clients in need of quiet, private spaces are a great fit for our workplace community.
