ORIENTATION AND ACCESS
- Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with guidelines and workspace access information.
- During your first visit, our on-site team will provide a brief orientation and onboarding.
AGREEMENT AND DURATION
- Participants will sign a three-month, non-renewal agreement at zero cost.
Terms and Conditions
By participating in Carr Workplaces’ California Wildfire Support Initiative, you agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Open to individuals or businesses directly impacted by the California wildfires.
- Proof of impact (e.g., affected address) is required.
- Approval depends on space and resource availability.
2. Application Process
- Submit a complete application with required details (e.g., name, contact info, impact description, and preferred location).
- Applications are reviewed within 24–48 hours, and approval is at Carr Workplaces’ discretion.
3. Agreement Terms
- Approved participants sign a three-month, non-renewal agreement at no cost.
- Extensions require senior-level approval and depend on availability.
4. Services Provided
- Temporary office space (private offices, coworking desks, or meeting rooms).
- Office services (printing, copying, scanning, and mail handling).
- Access to Wi-Fi, common areas, and administrative support (available based on availability and subject to a fee).
5. Participant Responsibilities
- Comply with Carr Workplaces policies and guidelines.
- Use resources responsibly and maintain workspace condition.
- Subleasing or transferring access is prohibited.
6. Termination
- Carr Workplaces may terminate participation due to false information, policy violations, or misuse of services.
- The initiative may end without prior notice.
7. Liability
- Carr Workplaces is not liable for personal loss, damage, or interruptions to services.
- Participants must secure their own belongings.
8. Amendments
- Terms may be updated at Carr Workplaces’ discretion, with notice of significant changes.
