As a long term tenant at Carr Workplaces King Street location I can speak to the great community that management builds among the various tenants. Even as some folks come and go there is a strong sense of community which can sometimes be missing from coworking spaces. The staff find ways to connect us all. This is in addition to the attention to detail (clean, nicely appointed kitchen and business center). Also, I love the view from the main conference room. Really beautiful. Highly recommend.

Carr Bethesda is a brilliant place to work! Had the pleasure of leasing office space for about a year and a half. Celina Kou (current site manager), Eric Holt (former site manager), Alexis (former front desk), Conner (former community manager) have been wonderful to work with. Steps from metro, restaurants, major corporate HQs and hotels. Great community! Would recommend!
