Everything has been great with Carr. We are a fully remote organization so we just use the address service and mail forwarding. Mail forwarding is regular and dependable and communication is great. I used a different service at my last job and it was absolutely awful, so I really really appreciate Carr!

I've been renting at Carr since 2012, and have actually treated my office as a sanctuary during the pandemic, coming in 7 days most weeks to enjoy my gorgeous view, the company of our incredible staff, the lovely open kitchen with refreshment amenities, perfect temperature, and stylish design of our office.Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.

We recently rented this coworking space to host a training session, and the experience exceeded our expectations.We chose this location because the space is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The environment feels new and professional, which was important for us in creating the right atmosphere for our training.From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. I met Stefan at a recent networking event hosted by the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He told me about Carr Workplaces and invited me out for a tour. This location on Wilson St in Arlington is absolutely amazing! They have street view offices, wellness rooms, focus rooms, indoor and outdoor hosting space, and an all around great vibe. Working in this space was very peaceful and pleasant. Stefan is the host with the most, taking care of everyone and treating them like family. I one hundred percent say if you are looking for an easy, comfortable, peaceful, professional, and aesthetically pleasing place to work give Stefan a call, but do it quickly before all of the spaces are gone😊❤️
