I've used a few co-working spaces in Midtown and this is the best option that I've tried. The amenities are complete, the private offices are comfortable and have good availability, and the price is as good as it gets around here.

Mathieu Schepard, GM, along with Akmal Wassily and Arlene Allen, truly make this floor what it is. They are always incredibly helpful and accommodating, making my busy workdays so much more enjoyable, even when I'm under a ton of stress. No matter what assistance you need, they’re always there with a smile, ready to help. They’re not only friendly and welcoming to me but also to my guests, and they ensure our workspaces are always spotless. I genuinely look forward to seeing them each day and can't thank them enough for creating such a peaceful and supportive environment for all of us. My recent experience at Carr was excellent! The offices were spotless, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and having access to the cafe area for lunch was a great bonus. The location is ideal too! I highly recommend Carr for anyone needing temp/flexible work space. I'll definitely use again the next time I need a home base in the city.

I have been at the Carr Embarcadero center for nearly a year now and I have loved my experience here! Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office. The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! It's a perfect space to have both a great work space and amazing colleagues to communicate with. I highly recommend if interested in renting out an office space!

I've been renting at Carr since 2012, and have actually treated my office as a sanctuary during the pandemic, coming in 7 days most weeks to enjoy my gorgeous view, the company of our incredible staff, the lovely open kitchen with refreshment amenities, perfect temperature, and stylish design of our office. Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for. Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.
