As a long term tenant at Carr Workplaces King Street location I can speak to the great community that management builds among the various tenants. Even as some folks come and go there is a strong sense of community which can sometimes be missing from coworking spaces. The staff find ways to connect us all. This is in addition to the attention to detail (clean, nicely appointed kitchen and business center). Also, I love the view from the main conference room. Really beautiful. Highly recommend.

They even anticipate my needs and exceed my expectations. Most of my requests are time sensitive and I could not meet those timeframes without partnering with the Reston staff.
