Great day office experience. I needed an office for an afternoon to do 2 video conferences while I was in DC. I could not get the online reservation link to work, so I made a reservation by calling and the staff, and they were extremely friendly. I received an immediate email confirmation chin and an email with a link to pay link to pay that was very efficient. The whole process took no more than 5 minutes on the phone. Even though closing time is at 5:00 o'clock they let me carry my reservation over to 5:30.The office is just a couple of blocks from the metro center metro stop, an easy walk. Upon arriving, I was greeted warmly and immediately shown to the office despite being 30 minutes early. The office was expectedly spartan, but more than functional with a very comfortable chair and large desk. The desk had an outlet with 2 plugs, and there were also 2 guest chairs that I did not use. Lighting was a little strange for a video call but but with the addition of a small additional light that I carry with me it was more than a workable.There is a large break area with coffee and tea that was extremely nice. One of the nicest I have seen in my travels.I would certainly return and also recommend Carr Workplaces to someone else.

The office and the staff continue to meet our expectations; they are helpful, friendly and always get the job done. I have had my law office in the Willard Office Space for more than ten years, first as a full office when I was the Washington office of a Philadelphia firm and then, when I left that firm, in a "virtual" office of my own. I have been very happy with both arrangements. The location is superb and the facilities are fine for their purposes. But best of all is the service provided by the Carr Workplaces staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been highly professional, courteous, responsible and friendly. They have always been responsive to my clients and others who call or visit me and cheerfully ready to help me with anything I need done. I think the fees Carr charges are reasonable, in particular for the "virtual" arrangement, especially since the District of Columbia is such a hot real estate market.

Do I need to be a member 
to book a meeting room?

Nope! You’re welcome to book without a membership. That said, members enjoy discounts and more flexibility.

Will someone be there to help me on-site? 

Yes—our on-site staff will greet you, help with tech setup, and be available throughout your visit.

Can I book additional time if my meeting runs over? 

Subject to availability. Please speak to your center team to request an extension.

Can I arrive early to set up?

Yes. Your reservation includes setup and breakdown time—please confirm timing with your center team.

Is catering available? 

Absolutely! View our menu options above and submit a catering order form at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I bring my own food 
and drinks?

Can I order beverages 
without food?

Yes. Beverage service is available for $9/person and includes soda, coffee, tea, and water. Required for groups of 10+ attendees.

Can meeting attendees use the open shared spaces?

Yes. Guests are welcome to use the shared spaces to relax or recharge between sessions.
