Carr Workplaces flexible office memberships are subject to service retainers, setup fees, optional add-on service fees, overage charges, late fees, and other fees as outlined in your membership agreement.

This offer (“Offer”) is valid from September 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024, and is available only for new and returning Carr Workplaces members who have not been active members for at least 2 months prior to the Offer start date (“Participants”).

Participants shall receive either:

• (i) the equivalent discount of two (2) months at a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the applicable monthly membership fees with a minimum 6-month commitment term;
• (ii) the equivalent discount of three (3) months at a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the applicable monthly membership fees with a minimum 12-month commitment term; or
• (iii) the equivalent discount of four (4) months at a one hundred percent (100%) discount on the applicable monthly membership fees with a minimum 18-month commitment term.

The “up to 4 months free” discount is a discounted monetary equivalent of two (2), three (3), or four (4) free months, based on the commitment term, that may be amortized over the commitment term.

The application of the free months to payment shall be at the sole discretion of Carr Workplaces. Offer is valid for select office spaces at participating Carr Workplaces locations, subject to availability.

The membership agreement must be signed by December 31, 2024, and membership must commence on the first day of a calendar month within 60 days of executing the membership agreement.

The Offer is non-transferable, has no cash value, and by participating in this Offer, you may be ineligible for other promotions or offers. No adjustments to prior purchases. Carr Workplaces may modify or terminate the Offer at any time without notice.
