CARR Workplaces in Westchester, NY (600 Mamaroneck Avenue in Harrison, NY) was such an amazing find when I was looking for a home for my business several years ago. It is conveniently located between two major highways and the parking is plentiful which is very important for the clients I work with. More than that though is the general management and administrative staff. Kate DiLorenzo and Asia Robinson are what make CARR Workplaces Westchester special. They are warm and friendly and are always there to assist when needed. They go above and beyond and I can personally attest to the lengths they go to make sure their clients are comfortable. Anytime an answer to a question or a solution to a problem is needed, they are on it. As an independent practitioner, I didn't think that I would have the opportunity to connect with others and be a part of a community, but that is exactly what I found at CARR Workplaces Westchester. It's the perfect place for me and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for work space!

I’m recently new to the Westchester office space and I can’t begin to explain how wonderful my experience has been so far. From the minute I step off the elevator in the morning the onsite team lead by Kate is always there to great us with a smile and a happy conversation. They are incredibly helpful whenever I’ve requested any assistance and they are very responsive. The amenities we receive as part of our office lease are also incredibly valuable to us. The office is always clean and ready for us. I would absolutely recommend these offices to anyone interested in leasing space. Kate goes above and beyond with any interaction we’ve had and I can’t thank her and her team enough. Keep up the great work! Our Eastern Land Management family is so lucky to have your support!

I recommend Carr Workplaces sincerely and enthusiastically. My office building lost power for several days and we were unable to operate. Someone recommended Carr Workplaces to me as a solution, and I'm very glad they did. After a brief tour of available office space options, I was able to rent a space for a very reasonable rate, reducing the interruption to my business. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, there is a coffee and water station for refreshments, and there is a business center for any additional needs. I am very grateful to Kate and her team for their help and kindness in my time of need!

What is the meeting room cancellation policy?
Members can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the meeting with no charge. Non-members can cancel up to 72 hours before the start of the meeting with no charge. Reservation changes are subject to additional charges.
All reservations before 8:30am or after 5:00pm must be coordinated with a center team member and are subject to additional charges.
How do I cancel my Community Center Club membership?
You can cancel your Community Center Club membership by emailing your local Carr Workplaces team or connect@carrworkplaces.com. Memberships renew automatically each year unless either party provides at least one full calendar month’s notice. Your membership will end on the last day of the following calendar month after your cancellation notice is received.
Are pets allowed at Carr Workplaces locations?
Yes! Select Carr Workplaces locations are pet-friendly and welcome pre-approved dogs.
What do I need to do before bringing my dog to work?
Before bringing your dog to the workplace, you must:
- Register your dog with Carr Workplaces.
- Submit a copy of your dog’s current rabies vaccination certificate.
- Sign the Carr Workplaces Pet Rules & Regulations Addendum acknowledging your understanding and agreement to comply with the policy.
- Receive approval before bringing your dog into the workspace.
What documentation is required?
To complete your dog’s registration, you’ll need to provide:
- A current rabies vaccination certificate.
- A signed Carr Workplaces Pet Rules & Regulations Addendum.
- Any additional dog identification or information requested by the Landlord.
