I have been at the Carr Embarcadero center for nearly a year now and I have loved my experience here!Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office.The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! It's a perfect space to have both a great work space and amazing colleagues to communicate with.I highly recommend if interested in renting out an office space!

I've been renting at Carr since 2012, and have actually treated my office as a sanctuary during the pandemic, coming in 7 days most weeks to enjoy my gorgeous view, the company of our incredible staff, the lovely open kitchen with refreshment amenities, perfect temperature, and stylish design of our office.Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.

Can't say enough about Carr Workplaces and the team there! It's been a life saver over the last year. During the pandemic, I transitioned to a fully remote working situation, but I occasionally need to get out of my house for one reason or another, and I've been able to reserve a "flex office" at Carr Workplaces during those times.James and Ryan are great and always set me up in a nice office with a window and view! The offices are always clean and private, so I feel safe and comfortable, and they also have good COVID safety precautions in place (distancing, masks in common areas etc). I recommend for anyone who needs an occasional office space, and I will likely also try to book a conference room here for my team in the future!

As someone who regularly uses co-working spaces, this Carr workplace is one of the better ones, the cost is reasonable, the staff incredibly friendly, and the location is great!

The office space feels professional - and yet still very warm and friendly. The cafe in the middle of the suite is a nice gathering spot when you want to socialize a little. They provide fresh-ground coffee, snacks, and occasion social events. The staff are super helpful. They help with everything from IT, to proof-reading and printing, to receiving packages. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of finding this space at a moment's notice. I had a client with an urgent matter and I was able to secure a conference room at this location. Working with the community manager, Dominique Dunbar, the team there could not be more helpful and accommodating. The specific conference room space was perfect for what I needed and the amenities of the overall office were spectacular. Moving forward, Carr is at the top of my list for my space needs!
