I use the office space as my main office and am here at least 3 days a week. Been here about 4 months. The space is kept very well. Kate and staff are awesome. Helped me get set up and addressed any issues quickly and efficiently. They also work hard at giving everyone the feeling you are part of the building community (though we are all different businesses). They have cookie day, bagel day and special events. You can choose to participate or not. They also have conference room space if needed and its easy to book. The building is right off the Hutchinson river Pkwy. And within 5-9 min drive there are stores, pharmacy, resturants etc. Also its across the street from trails at Saxon woods and if needed you can walk or drive two buildings away (same lot) they have a small cafe with breakfast, lunch and snacks.

My experience at the 600 Mamaroneck Ave. Suite 400, Harrison, NY, Carr Workplaces location has been nothing short of phenomenal. For starters, the location is very convenient in terms of parking, the restaurants and shopping nearby. It's a fairly high traffic area, in which I would deem great for networking as well. But the staff here by far makes my experience the best. Both Kate DiLorenzo and Asia Robinson-Lewis are great hosts! They're always very friendly, respectful and professional! Kate in particular, does an amazing job with all problems that comes her way! From all of my experiences with Kate, she is a master at coming up with timely solutions that are convenient and in the best interest of all parties. In addition, Asia, who is our main receptionist, always gives our front desk a warm embracing aura. She always greets me in the mornings, when I'm baggy eyed and tired. Both Kate and Asia treat the visitors, and residents here very well and is always there to willingly accommodate anyone in need. Plus, they're usually the first to deal with most of our difficult clients and do much better than I can. I commend them for their patience and understanding all the time. All in all, this place is nothing less than 5 stars and if were to put any other rating, I would be lying!!!
