Since moving to the D.C area, CARR Workplaces has been my home away from home away from home! The location is perfect and on all the train line no matter where you’re coming from. The staff/team members are always engaging with me, hosting events, and somehow continuously exceeding my expectations( Shout out to John, Stefon, Jazsmin, and Lexi!!!)CARR had made it so much easier for me to be motivated and present for the work I do, every single day. We have been based at the 1701 Penn Ave Office for over 6/7 years and not one bad experience all those years! The teams that have managed this center have all been outstanding . They are very experienced in different areas and always happy to help with any issues that arise on a daily basis! The teams are very efficient, very professional and very pleasant to work with! The facilities are beautiful and always immaculate - and mostly the cafeteria with free beverages is the best! And on top of that the they hold fun and amazing get togethers for clients from time to time! I highly recommend this center! Finally John has been the best office manager too! A very happy customer!

The office space feels professional - and yet still very warm and friendly. The cafe in the middle of the suite is a nice gathering spot when you want to socialize a little. They provide fresh-ground coffee, snacks, and occasion social events. The staff are super helpful. They help with everything from IT, to proof-reading and printing, to receiving packages. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of finding this space at a moment's notice. I had a client with an urgent matter and I was able to secure a conference room at this location. Working with the community manager, Dominique Dunbar, the team there could not be more helpful and accommodating. The specific conference room space was perfect for what I needed and the amenities of the overall office were spectacular. Moving forward, Carr is at the top of my list for my space needs!
