Since moving to the D.C area, CARR Workplaces has been my home away from home away from home! The location is perfect and on all the train line no matter where you’re coming from. We have been based at the 1701 Penn Ave Office for over 6/7 years and not one bad experience all those years! The teams that have managed this center have all been outstanding . They are very experienced in different areas and always happy to help with any issues that arise on a daily basis! The teams are very efficient, very professional and very pleasant to work with! The facilities are beautiful and always immaculate - and mostly the cafeteria with free beverages is the best! And on top of that the they hold fun and amazing get togethers for clients from time to time! I highly recommend this center! Finally John has been the best office manager too! A very happy customer!

There are plenty of amenities to enjoy such as bottomless coffee, cookies on Wednesday, and other snacks & events sprinkled in throughout the year. The Carr employees are great; very kind and helpful. Whenever I have a question I can expect the problem to be resolved within the day. Not to mention that they keep it very tidy and clean.

The staff is friendly and helpful—very responsive, always making sure we have what we need. The location is super convenient, with plenty of parking and easy access to restaurants and coffee nearby.
