Pay Nothing Until 2027
Terms and Conditions

By participating in the “Pay Nothing Until 2027” promotion (“Offer”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

• The Offer is valid for new clients only.
• Existing clients or those who have held an agreement with Carr Workplaces within the past six (6) months are not eligible.
• The Offer is available only at participating Carr Workplaces locations, subject to office availability.

2. Offer Details

• The Offer provides 100% off the base monthly office charge from the start date of the qualifying agreement through December 31, 2026.
• The discount applies to the base monthly office charge only and does not include additional services or charges such as meeting room bookings, parking, or other add-ons.
• Additional services and fees remain subject to standard rates and terms.
• A minimum 12-month commitment is required to qualify for the Offer.

3. Availability & Exclusions

• The Offer is subject to availability at participating Carr Workplaces locations.
• The Offer is not available at the following locations:
  • Aon
  • Reston
  • Willard
  • Georgetown
  • K Street
  • Central Park
  • Westchester

4. Redemption

• The Offer cannot be applied retroactively after an agreement has been executed.

5. Exclusions and Restrictions

• The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, concessions, or special offers.
• The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
• The Offer does not apply to agreements that have already closed, been finalized, or are currently in active negotiations prior to the promotional period.
• The Offer applies only to the base monthly office charge and does not apply to additional services, products, or fees.

6. Promotional Period

• The Offer is valid for qualifying agreements activated during the designated promotional period in 2026.
• Carr Workplaces reserves the right to establish, extend, or modify the promotional period.

7. Termination and Modifications

• Carr Workplaces reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, subject to applicable law.

8. Legal Compliance

• All agreements are subject to Carr Workplaces’ standard terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of signing.
• All promotional terms are subject to applicable laws and regulations.
