I have been at the Carr Embarcadero center for nearly a year now and I have loved my experience here!Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office.The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! It's a perfect space to have both a great work space and amazing colleagues to communicate with.I highly recommend if interested in renting out an office space!

I've been renting at Carr since 2012, and have actually treated my office as a sanctuary during the pandemic, coming in 7 days most weeks to enjoy my gorgeous view, the company of our incredible staff, the lovely open kitchen with refreshment amenities, perfect temperature, and stylish design of our office.Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.

I’m recently new to the Westchester office space and I can’t begin to explain how wonderful my experience has been so far. From the minute I step off the elevator in the morning the onsite team lead by Kate is always there to great us with a smile and a happy conversation. They are incredibly helpful whenever I’ve requested any assistance and they are very responsive. The amenities we receive as part of our office lease are also incredibly valuable to us. The office is always clean and ready for us. I would absolutely recommend these offices to anyone interested in leasing space.
