The office and the staff continue to meet our expectations; they are helpful, friendly and always get the job done. The additional offering of support — scheduling; securing office space or conference rooms; ordering beverages and food for client meetings; as well as the IT capabilities are also extremely helpful. I have had my law office in the Willard Office Space for more than ten years, first as a full office when I was the Washington office of a Philadelphia firm and then, when I left that firm, in a "virtual" office of my own. I have been very happy with both arrangements. The location is superb and the facilities are fine for their purposes. But best of all is the service provided by the Carr Workplaces staff. Everyone I have dealt with has been highly professional, courteous, responsible and friendly. They have always been responsive to my clients and others who call or visit me and cheerfully ready to help me with anything I need done. I think the fees Carr charges are reasonable, in particular for the "virtual" arrangement, especially since the District of Columbia is such a hot real estate market.

Jamie Janata, Caroline and the rest of the staff were extremely responsive, kind and accommodating during our 2-day training session held at Carr Workplaces at AON Center. From the all-day beverage service, breakfast and lunch catering, etc, everything was delivered on time, and the entire stay could not have run smoother. We are looking forward to hosting many more meetings at Carr in the future.
