I never want to leave! Last winter we rented a couple of offices for a few months while our permanent offices were being remodeled. Kathrin and her team were so welcoming and helpful. We loved walking into that space everyday. The open lobby was so pretty and warm yet modern. I loved the free coffee and shared space. Our individual offices were bright and well appointed. The business center and mail was all convenient. I'd highly recommend Carr to anyone looking for office space! It's great. GO check it out.

I rented a small private office at Carr for a few hours so that I could take calls in a quiet space while I was in town for a conference. Everything was brand-new and clean, and I was pretty much the only guest so it felt like I had the whole space to myself. Great location on the Bloc and great amenities like free coffee. The receptionist who showed me around was also very informative and kind. Definitely using this place again when I am back in town.

We recently moved our startup office to Carr after touring 10 different coworking spaces in and around DTLA. Highlights here are the location (on top of the metro, lively neighborhood with a ton of services), the staff (Kathrin and Peter are friendly, responsive, and accommodating), and the atmosphere (professional without being stuffy). I rented a private office for a day because I had a virtual medical school interview on a Monday after traveling for the weekend away from home. The office is very nice, well-decorated, clean and they have a kitchen area with tea, coffee, etc. The rooms were very quiet. Check-in was smooth. Very professional. Would recommend.
