- Existing clients or those who have held an agreement with Carr Workplaces within the past six months are not eligible.
- Offer Details
- The Offer provides a 50% discount on the first three months of your initial term for a private office agreement with Carr Workplaces.
- This discount applies to the base office price only and does not include additional services such as meeting room bookings, phone lines, mail handling, or other add-ons.
- Agreement Terms
- A minimum commitment of 12 months is required to qualify for the Offer.
- Flexible terms mentioned in the promotion are subject to availability and location-specific conditions.
- Availability
- The Offer is subject to availability at participating Carr Workplaces locations.
- Certain locations may be excluded from the Offer.
- Redemption
- To redeem the Offer, you must complete the form on the promotion page and schedule a tour of the workspace.
- The Offer must be mentioned at the time of signing the agreement to be applied.
- Exclusions and Restrictions
- The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.
- The discount is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
- The following Carr Workplaces locations are excluded from the Offer: Central Park (CA), Convergence (VA), Georgetown (DC), K Street (DC), and external offices at the Willard (DC).
- Expiration
- The Offer is valid for agreements signed by March 31, 2025.
- Termination and Modifications
- Carr Workplaces reserves the right to modify or terminate this Offer at any time without prior notice.
- Legal Compliance
- All agreements are subject to Carr Workplaces’ standard terms and conditions, which will be provided at the time of signing.
