What a great place to have found for my office! The minute I stepped off the elevator into a comfortable, bright, spacious cafe and waiting area I was greeted by a really wonderful,knowledgeable, kind man at the front desk. He showed me a variety of office spaces and gave me a tour of the whole office floor, full of useful amenities.Then the manager greeted me, sent a rental agreement proposal and between the two men, all my questions were patiently answered.It is clear that the whole management team works well together with the clients-upper most in thought. Ten days ago they hosted an ice cream social especially so the individual renters can get to know one another to whatever degree they’d like to. Apparently these sorts of low-key events are hosted from time to time.I am so pleased with what I have found, and with how well it meets my needs, that I’ve asked to tag on an extra six months, making it a year’s full-time commitment. To have my clients find parking with relative ease, or come in on the Metro, literally right across the street is a great bonus.If you have any interest in having a well-located, friendly and professional office setting for your work, you might put Carr Worklpaceshigh on your list as a spot to visit. I felt no pressure as I made all the decisions I needed to make.

We recently rented this coworking space to host a training session, and the experience exceeded our expectations.We chose this location because the space is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The environment feels new and professional, which was important for us in creating the right atmosphere for our training.From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. Miguel and the rest of the team were exceptional—responsive, accommodating, and proactive. Miguel took the time to clearly explain how the rental process would work, what was included, and what to expect on the day of the event. That clarity made planning easy for us. Miguel also took great care of us on the day of the training.Booking was simple, and they were flexible in accommodating a few specific requests. Everything was ready as promised when we arrived.This is a professionally run space with excellent customer service. It is directly across from a metro station, and the parking garage is easily accessible. If you’re looking for a clean, reliable, and well-managed venue for a training, workshop, or meeting, I would highly recommend them. We would absolutely book here again.

I met Stefan at a recent networking event hosted by the Northern Virginia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. He told me about Carr Workplaces and invited me out for a tour. This location on Wilson St in Arlington is absolutely amazing! They have street view offices, wellness rooms, focus rooms, indoor and outdoor hosting space, and an all around great vibe. Working in this space was very peaceful and pleasant. Stefan is the host with the most, taking care of everyone and treating them like family. I one hundred percent say if you are looking for an easy, comfortable, peaceful, professional, and aesthetically pleasing place to work give Stefan a call, but do it quickly before all of the spaces are gone😊❤️

YAY MIGUEL, STEFON AND JASMIN!! I have been with Carr in one form or another at different locations since 2015. This is now my home center and they are INCREDIBLE in their consistent, reliable services and efforts to support my business. I have been in other cowork spaces over the years as well and Carr wins for decor, professionalism, the cafe, the tech available, and the staff. But at this particular center, the home team is SO smart, quick, and professional, they are now an extension of my brand and my law firm, and I rely on them administratively quite often!

I almost signed a contract for a nearby co-working space but their customer service was so terrible that I decided to do one last search. I am so glad that I did because I found Carr Workplaces/Friendship Heights. The service and welcome I received from Celina, the manager, was incredible and made the difference between signing here vs. the other place. Everything the other place did not get right, she did without needing to ask. Simple things like being able to try the space out for day, giving a tour without a fuss, going over options as different needs changed, and being flexible sold me on this workplace over the other one. She is a steady reliable go-to if needed, and the customer service continues - just today, when I realized I left a piece of equipment in the public space the day before, it was there tucked away safely waiting for me in the morning.And that doesn't even speak to the space - it is beautiful and impeccably clean, coffee and tea are always stocked, fridge is clean and there is a clear system for people to manage and label food. The coffee is a big professional machine where you can custom make whatever you what - expresso, cappuccino, iced coffee, etc. There is also a microwave and toaster oven. On occasion Carr has cookies out and sometimes community members leave out homemade cookies for the taking. People are happy here whether in the cafe space or in the dedicated offices. Dare I say I actually enjoy coming here even when I can work from home.Location is also great as it is steps from the metro, Potomac Pizza has great lunchtime deals, Trader Joes and Whole Foods down the street for errands or a quick lunch item.If you're on the fence, give it a try. I wondered whether it would be worth it and it 100% has been for me.

I have had an office at Carr Workplaces Friendship Heights for almost 2 years now and love it. The kitchen is always stocked and they have great coffee and tea choices. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable, and always keep the common spaces looking great. The offices are well appointed and the staff is extremely helpful and supportive when you need to make changes or when you need assistance. I really enjoy working in this space.
