Carr workplaces (Georgetown, DC), is one of my favorite places to host board meetings and daytime business retreats. The team is undeniably professional, the spaces are excellent (The Douglas Room is a find! Tell nobody!), and all associated services, kitchen facilities etc are on point. There is even parking directly under the building - a must in DC!

I have been at the Carr Embarcadero center for nearly a year now and I have loved my experience here!Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office.The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! It's a perfect space to have both a great work space and amazing colleagues to communicate with.I highly recommend if interested in renting out an office space!

Do I need to be a member 
to book a meeting room?

Nope! You’re welcome to book without a membership. That said, members enjoy discounts and more flexibility.

Will someone be there to help me on-site? 

Yes—our on-site staff will greet you, help with tech setup, and be available throughout your visit.

Can I book additional time if my meeting runs over? 

Subject to availability. Please speak to your center team to request an extension.

Can I arrive early to set up?

Yes. Your reservation includes setup and breakdown time—please confirm timing with your center team.

Is catering available? 

Absolutely! View our menu options above and submit a catering order form at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I bring my own food 
and drinks?

Absolutely! View our menu options above and submit a catering order form at least 48 hours in advance.

Can I order beverages 
without food?

Yes. Beverage service is available for $9/person and includes soda, coffee, tea, and water. Required for groups of 10+ attendees.

Are breakout rooms available?

Yes. Breakout spaces may be reserved—please check with the local team for availability and rates.

Can meeting attendees use the open shared spaces?

Yes. Guests are welcome to use the shared spaces to relax or recharge between sessions.
