I never want to leave! Last winter we rented a couple of offices for a few months while our permanent offices were being remodeled. Kathrin and her team were so welcoming and helpful. We loved walking into that space everyday. The open lobby was so pretty and warm yet modern. I loved the free coffee and shared space. Our individual offices were bright and well appointed. The business center and mail was all convenient. I'd highly recommend Carr to anyone looking for office space! It's great. GO check it out.

We recently moved our startup office to Carr after touring 10 different coworking spaces in and around DTLA. Highlights here are the location (on top of the metro, lively neighborhood with a ton of services), the staff (Kathrin and Peter are friendly, responsive, and accommodating), and the atmosphere (professional without being stuffy). I highly recommend.

I rented a private office for a day because I had a virtual medical school interview on a Monday after traveling for the weekend away from home. The office is very nice, well-decorated, clean and they have a kitchen area with tea, coffee, etc. The rooms were very quiet. Check-in was smooth. Very professional. Would recommend.

What I appreciate most about the Carr Workplaces DTLA office is its responsiveness and consideration of the needs of small business persons like myself. I feel like I know the business manager and front-desk staff personally. Confidentiality and customer service are cornerstones of my business, and the staff have been extremely considerate in ensuring we find solutions. Others could only give me a national support number or let me know about inflexible policies established by someone higher up in their chain-of-command.Do be aware, however, that Carr has some additional costs as compared to similar businesses I have worked with. These include "restoration fees" (in addition to the deposit), fees associated with hanging artwork, and a list of fees associated with all of the services included in signing. The high costs of these services do not always reflect the value of what you receive.

I have been at the Carr Embarcadero center for nearly a year now and I have loved my experience here!Kyle the general manager and Ashley the floor manager have both provided excellent service and have helped me in every possible way that I have needed for my work within the office.The place is welcoming and the people in the other offices are amazing! I've been renting at Carr since 2012, and have actually treated my office as a sanctuary during the pandemic, coming in 7 days most weeks to enjoy my gorgeous view, the company of our incredible staff, the lovely open kitchen with refreshment amenities, perfect temperature, and stylish design of our office.Carr is even careful to use only non-toxic cleaning supplies in our Leed Gold-certified building, and to filter our water. I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.
