Highlights here are the location (on top of the metro, lively neighborhood with a ton of services), the staff (Kathrin and Peter are friendly, responsive, and accommodating), and the atmosphere (professional without being stuffy). I never want to leave! Last winter we rented a couple of offices for a few months while our permanent offices were being remodeled. Kathrin and her team were so welcoming and helpful. We loved walking into that space everyday. The open lobby was so pretty and warm yet modern. I loved the free coffee and shared space. Our individual offices were bright and well appointed. The business center and mail was all convenient. I'd highly recommend Carr to anyone looking for office space! It's great. GO check it out.

I rented a small private office at Carr for a few hours so that I could take calls in a quiet space while I was in town for a conference. Everything was brand-new and clean, and I was pretty much the only guest so it felt like I had the whole space to myself. Great location on the Bloc and great amenities like free coffee. The receptionist who showed me around was also very informative and kind. Definitely using this place again when I am back in town.

I rented a private office for a day because I had a virtual medical school interview on a Monday after traveling for the weekend away from home. The office is very nice, well-decorated, clean and they have a kitchen area with tea, coffee, etc. The rooms were very quiet. Check-in was smooth. Very professional. Would recommend.

I recently rented out an room in this office to take the California Bar Exam in early October. I was extremely nervous about the prospect of having to take the bar exam online and was anxious about whether I would be able to find a quiet office space to take the exam. My experience here was amazing and exceeded my expectations. There were no interruptions during the two days I took the exam. It was extremely quiet and everyone adhered to the social distancing guidelines in the common areas. The kitchen has a Starbucks coffee machine and a cute living room and dining area to eat your lunch - which was really nice to have during breaks and the lunch hour. I would highly recommend this space to anyone needing an office space right now!

Carr Laguna is an excellent location or your office space. YTM was very satisfied with the location and team, the office space and meeting rooms were excellent and leveraged before we went fully remote. When YTM did transition to fully remote we chose to stay with Carr Laguna because of range of services they offer and the continued connections to the team on site. Love the convenience of CARR of location. Flexibility with reserving conference rooms if necessary or office spaces. I have a virtual office here and only book necessary spaces when I'm meeting with a client in person. The staff is friendly and knows all on a first name basis.
