Highlights here are the location (on top of the metro, lively neighborhood with a ton of services), the staff (Kathrin and Peter are friendly, responsive, and accommodating), and the atmosphere (professional without being stuffy). I never want to leave! Last winter we rented a couple of offices for a few months while our permanent offices were being remodeled. Kathrin and her team were so welcoming and helpful. We loved walking into that space everyday. The open lobby was so pretty and warm yet modern. I loved the free coffee and shared space. Our individual offices were bright and well appointed. The business center and mail was all convenient. I'd highly recommend Carr to anyone looking for office space! It's great. GO check it out.

I rented a small private office at Carr for a few hours so that I could take calls in a quiet space while I was in town for a conference. Everything was brand-new and clean, and I was pretty much the only guest so it felt like I had the whole space to myself. Great location on the Bloc and great amenities like free coffee. The receptionist who showed me around was also very informative and kind. Definitely using this place again when I am back in town.

I rented a private office for a day because I had a virtual medical school interview on a Monday after traveling for the weekend away from home. The office is very nice, well-decorated, clean and they have a kitchen area with tea, coffee, etc. The rooms were very quiet. Check-in was smooth. Very professional. Would recommend.

What I appreciate most about the Carr Workplaces DTLA office is its responsiveness and consideration of the needs of small business persons like myself. I feel like I know the business manager and front-desk staff personally. Confidentiality and customer service are cornerstones of my business, and the staff have been extremely considerate in ensuring we find solutions. Others could only give me a national support number or let me know about inflexible policies established by someone higher up in their chain-of-command. Do be aware, however, that Carr has some additional costs as compared to similar businesses I have worked with. These include "restoration fees" (in addition to the deposit), fees associated with hanging artwork, and a list of fees associated with all of the services included in signing. The high costs of these services do not always reflect the value of what you receive.

Your Taxes Matter
Carr Laguna is an excellent location or your office space. YTM was very satisfied with the location and team, the office space and meeting rooms were excellent and leveraged before we went fully remote. When YTM did transition to fully remote we chose to stay with Carr Laguna because of range of services they offer and the continued connections to the team on site. The personal attention, professionalism & security our clients experience when dropping docs is fantastic. The Carr Laguna team is always just a call or an email away and the attention to our remote administrative office needs is impeccable. YTM highly recommends Carr Workplaces and our experience with Susan Smith and the team at the Laguna location has been and continues to be excellent.

Love the convenience of CARR of location. Flexibility with reserving conference rooms if necessary or office spaces. I have a virtual office here and only book necessary spaces when I'm meeting with a client in person. The staff is friendly and knows all on a first name basis.
