I’ve been working out of Carr Workspaces at the Convergence Center for nearly three years, and it has been a great experience. Ethan, Kate, Chenelle, and the cleaning staff do an excellent job keeping the space welcoming, clean, and well maintained. The team is incredibly easy to work with and makes hosting guests seamless, whether it’s validating parking passes or giving directions to my office. They also do a fantastic job fostering a sense of community through building-wide events and are always kind and helpful.

Great service -- for short or long term office needs. iOS does it all at a very high level! Always professional and courteous to its tenants and clients. I've rented office space from IOS for the past five years. The owners, receptionists and office managers have always been very welcoming. They are very accommodating with my changing schedule, and it is a much more personal experience than some of the shared office concepts out there. I work from my home office 1/2 the time, so I always look forward to working out of both downtown offices at IOS.
