We have been based at the 1701 Penn Ave Office for over 6/7 years and not one bad experience all those years! The teams that have managed this center have all been outstanding . They are very experienced in different areas and always happy to help with any issues that arise on a daily basis! The teams are very efficient, very professional and very pleasant to work with! The facilities are beautiful and always immaculate - and mostly the cafeteria with free beverages is the best! I feel safe, comfortable, and well-cared-for.Carr is a gracious and friendly place to work. Over the years I've made friends with others who rent space on our floor – mostly legal, VC, and consultancy; I practice psychiatry. I have always enjoyed how flexible and kind and helpful our staff are, I honestly couldn't make a single suggestion to improve the office environment.
