- Flexible terms with workspace hours bookable in one-hour increments to allow for easy business scaling and customization of plan

- The ability to make reservations in advance – with the option to make recurring reservations
- High-speed wireless internet and a fully stocked café - including coffee and snacks - at all Carr Workplaces locations
- Additional services offered include catering, beverage service, the printing of materials for your attendees, and other support options
Workspace Plan
The workspace plan is our most versatile and customizable hourly meeting room plan available. It allows clients to use their hours (10, 20, or 40 hours a month) in any private office or meeting room at any Carr Workplaces location, nationwide.
What Is Our Workspace Plan?
If you’re just getting started, you can utilize the 10-hour workspace plan for just $250 a month. Or, you can customize your plan with a different number of hours by booking with the available option of one-hour increments, to meet your needs. Along with allowing for reservations to be made in advance, you can also make recurring reservations on a workspace location of your choice.
In terms of our meeting and conference rooms options, each Carr Workplaces location has different sized rooms, each with various functions. Each meeting and conference room comes equipped with a high-speed wireless internet connection, pens, and notepads. Most also include a flat–screen television, projector, and privacy panels to cover any glass walls or windows for added privacy.
Additionally, the team at Carr Workplaces is happy to provide services like catering, beverage service, the printing of materials for your attendees, or other support options to make sure your workday or meeting runs smoothly.
Does the Plan Have Any Additional Benefits?
Users of business phone service will also receive access to over 150 of our meeting rooms, day offices and event spaces across the country, access to all other Carr Workplaces services at member rate, and access to our WorkReady PLUS app.
The newly launched WorkReady PLUS app allows you to submit requests, communicate with the Carr Workplaces team, make/cancel meeting reservations, view/pay invoices and receive any community updates.
